It really depends on what you are training, losing weight, gaining strength or just being healthy ...
Do a lot of aerobic exercise to lose weight (to increase and decrease your heart rate) ie running, jumping rope, climbing stairs. Anything that speeds up your heartbeat, after your heartbeat stays at a certain level for 20 minutes, you burn calories and train with light weights, light weights for muscle development. If you increase the number of calories, every pound of muscle, you burn with increasing cardio.
To increase endurance, you should limit yourself to weightlifting and running, push ups and setups that increase endurance.
To stay healthy in general, just play outside like a 13-year-old boy, run, climb, walk everywhere and replace your soda with water, even if you drink the same amount of water. It can help, for every 20 ounces of soda, 20 ounces of water.
I'm a 15 year old girl and I exercise a little after school and stuff so I have a lot of ideas!
You can run or govern. I think running works really well because you slowly increase your endurance and you can run. I've been running about 5km lately and they're zero. Or a walk can be beneficial, depending on what you're looking for.
Other things that work well are the basics like lungs, squats, crunches and so on. Make a plan and do it before bed! Even after a week, as long as you are healthy, you will see more compliments.
If you have a set of light weight (35 pounds), you can also weigh. You may think you are building muscle, but you are appreciating very little.
Nestly basically performs. But crawling can sometimes be difficult. (Like today ... decided to get out of bed to run) If you have friends or your iPod can be more interesting sometimes. Get some great workout clothes too! It's always better. And of course the results are incredible.
Don't get mad about it. Don't waste your life on eating disorders and weight gain.

I thought jogging would be a great place to have some fun every day. Otherwise, I suggest you buy one of these dance practice DVDs ... anyway, find one at the store of your choice. This is a good exercise and not too hard. Also, the dance is really n :)
Get more sleep, take longer breaks, stop working, exercise, run 30 minutes a day and drink plenty of water - great!
Take a short walk every day without lifting weights, maybe 10 setups every two hours. Nothing crazy! You will slow down your progress.
