Why Do I Hyperventilate When I Cry
Why do I sometimes have to hypnotize when I'm so excited and crying? 3
That's when I cry about it, which really bothers me.
The first time was when I was 11 or 12 years old and it stopped when I was 13 years old.
I am already 15 years old and today someone told me that it is very painful and it bothered me a lot, so I cried and fell on my knees and was a little surprised that it lasted so long. Why is this happening and can I stop it?
I remember my mother panicking when I was young but I'm not sure I did.

When he is really excited and crying, his normal breathing is disturbed and he is breathing too much. This means that you absorb oxygen as fast as your body can use it and emit carbon dioxide as fast as you can remember.
You seem to be nervous because just crying doesn't drive you crazy. My advice would be to find out how it has been so far, do it yourself and really try to take a few deep breaths. Lastly, when you go in, this little trick of the paper bag really does work, as it ensures that you don't take in too much oxygen to restore balance.

In fact, a few years ago I had the same problem. I have an anxiety disorder that I have been struggling with since my late teens. When I got nervous I turned around a lot.
What happens is that when you cry and take a deep breath, you breathe very fast. What happens in the end is the level of carbon dioxide in the blood which causes the blood vessels to constrict and as a result various symptoms like eye itching, chest pain, aches, dizziness etc.
When this happens, your best bet is to relax and take a deep breath in a controlled manner. You need to normalize your carbon dioxide levels. I've found that breathing in and out of paper bags works really well.

I'm not going to answer your question exactly, I'm just expressing my feelings. I have this problem too! Whenever my sister or sister pushes me to the limit, I feel good and at the same time I cry. I don't know when it will come. Maybe once I was exercising too much and I was really tired. But my family has no history of panic.
I didn't really want to get so angry and cry.
Hypopulation can be panic / fear.
Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. The best thing you can do when you find someone is to stay out of the situation. Find a quiet place for a few minutes and try to take deep breaths to calm yourself down. Maybe drink a liter of water and relax with your eyes closed and you will be calm in no time :)
Obviously, you have a lot of emotional stuff that you need to get rid of. Of course, no one knows how to tell. But I was stuck on a show called Inside Search and it helped me get rid of all my emotional stuff so I didn't have the screaming emotional roller coaster you went through. It will take a lot of work on your part to get rid of this burden, but if you are ready for the job, I can tell you that you need to know more about this program. E-mail me

It sounds like a mini-panic. If I was really upset, I would be. I think it would happen to anyone if they were so frustrated. Take a deep breath and try to calm down.
That's how I said yes and that's what I tried to find out. This is terrible. I lost control of my emotions and became completely restless. I wish you some peace too. :) I think the only thing you can avoid is talking about what is bothering you instead of saying it.
