Most men do not need to be lubricated.
Some circumcised men (we are circumcised very well and do not have the skin to move) need lubricant to turn them around. Explained here:
It is not necessary, but the use of lotion increases happiness.
Not usually, but some are stronger than others and itch the skin, and some, like lubricants, feel like dry scrubbing.
It hurts when you don't use anything.
