Why can't I get a job? : (?

I am 18 years old, I have just finished my education and I am trying to find a job. I have applied for seven positions so far, literally every eligible application I have received has been rejected. I know it's been a little late since I was 18 looking for your first job and I wanted this early, but I had a busy schedule in college that kept me busy from 8:30 every day. At 4 pm, I have to work after that. NS: /

However, I have researched it and all the apps that I have created over the years have tried to work very well and everyone who reads my resume (like my friends and family) says that it Great and they don't think I can do it. Well make it better ... I have good grades in GCSE, all A and B grades, and I am a hard worker. I don't go to clubs and I do nothing, I go out with people and if someone wants to hire me I can guarantee that I am a good worker.

I know it's hard to get a job and the recession is taking its toll, but everyone I know seems to have gotten the first job they've applied for. With some people I know, I don't understand, who always celebrate with bad numbers, some get arrested, those who get work and I don't. I even know someone who got his first job and easily got a second job. If all these people get jobs then why can't I?
