Hello chair I just checked the contents of several multivitamin / mineral products of both companies. Unfortunately, both companies point out things to consider about the quality of junk food and vitamin supplements.
On the one hand, the products of both companies contain synthetic vitamin E (delafethycophil). Chemically very, very different from natural alfatocophyl (small L means many).
Second, both products contain cheap minerals (such as oxides) that are, if not more, absorbed very well.
Third, they contain a lot of unnecessary food fillers, preservatives and dyes.
Therefore, this product fails the quality test for a number of reasons.
