What Does Masters Plus 15 Mean

What does it mean if you are a teacher and have BA +15, MA +15 etc.? ۔

I am an alternate teacher with a bachelor's degree in nursing. I am currently in primary school. On the pay scale, I found that people with a bachelor's or master's degree got +15 more. It doesn't look like it was after the year because the years are in one column and you can walk in the first year with BA +15. I want to know, since I already have titles, do any of them count as +15 or +30? Or do they have to be academically relevant beyond my Bachelor of Education?

+15, +30, etc. Check if you have credits other than a bachelor's or master's degree. Depending on the desired career, the credit leads to the title of Master or BA + ___.
