Like fish, but rich, full and less salty. It is good. I don't really like fish but I do like fish.

The texture is similar to that of swordfish (thick, fleshy fish) which is perfect for grilling and marinating, but it has a very light flavor that is slightly different between cod and swordfish. The taste is difficult to describe because it has its own flavor or, like all apples, tastes different. . . Definitely a good grilled fish that doesn't taste too strong! Ideal for fish tacos or just snacks and grills. And contrary to some opinions, fish is not a dolphin. This is a fish that looks a bit like a dolphin!

If you are not familiar with swordfish, the taste is very similar to swordfish or maybe halibut.
