What does it mean if you call someone and they just beep and appear on the screen as a busy line?

Option a) The user is busy on another call.

Option b) The network is busy.

Option c) Someone else is trying to communicate with him at the same time as me.

Well no, in the new pnes ... esp. samsung pnes vi ... you can add any contact to the list of rejected contacts and if that person tries to contact you after one bell, the call will be automatically disconnected and your pne will be displayed. Line is busy .. If your line is busy ... it also means that someone is trying to ignore you.
