Hi, my water heater is only 3 years old and has two heaters and sensors. The above device turns on and off every 2 days, stays on, usually at a higher temperature when I wake up for work and the water cools down. I removed the cover and insulation for rearrangement and it worked for 2 more days.

How much cold does it cause? I think the sensor will turn off because sometimes my water is not very high, but sometimes it is normal. Is it easy to order new parts and replace sensors? Would it be expensive?

The heater comes with a 10 year warranty, but only for the initial offer, which I don't, so don't ask me to check it out.

The red thermostat above is set at about 190 degrees, it is a protective device. The reason is that the upper thermostat or the lower thermostat in the cent. Or one of the elements is ground and constantly heats the water. If you have an ohmmeter, turn off the heater and check with a voltmeter to make sure. After turning off the power, disconnect the cable from the item, there are two wires. Then check each one on the ground object. If you get ground signal, the item is grounded and needs to be replaced. If the element is not ground, then the thermostat is bad and needs to be replaced. This issue only comes under warranty if the tank leaks! Items cost less than 00 10.00 and not more.

The element seems to be locked. Check your warranty, it can only cover the tank and not the item. I don't know what to read.

After testing too much water, I assumed the thermostat was faulty. This stimulus is due to the high temperature. Once the power is off, outline where the wires go and remove the thermostat. Just click on the place. Go to your favorite hardware store and change the controls. Very easy.

The coils have resistance and break and shrink over time due to heat. It only gets worse over time. It's a 5 year repair time, so I'm going to change that. A new electric water heater costs just $ 300, so follow through.
