A large, dense spot surrounded by tiny hairs confirms the celiac neck acne, also called AKN. Seen almost exclusively in men, AKN ss with l and ss on the neck, which then forms a noticeable keloid scar. While some patients respond to acne treatments such as antibiotics and retinal creams, others resort to surgery to cut their leg holes, as Rhames did.
