This could be a reference for a hamburger. In the eastern United States, there is a fast food chain called E-Castle, which offers small square steamed burgers, sometimes called patties.

In a Twitter post. October 2012 John Carpenter says a boiled stomach is an exercise he does in a gym class. So I think he got the prayer out of nowhere.

It's really Pop Rocks and E. It was a term used in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
There are many answers to this, the most obvious of which is nausea, but it will indicate an upset stomach.
I assume it's a hamburger with lots of hamburgers and no fiber.
