SOMERSAULT
FOR BEST RESULTS, READ ALL STEPS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DO A SOMERSAULT. STEPS 4-7 ARE TO BE DONE IN ONE FLUID MOTION.
Step 1:
Stand tall with hands above your head and feet close together
Step 2
Squat down, balancing on the balls of your feet.
Step 3
Tuck your head and plant your hands on the floor.
Step 4
Put your head on the ground and while using your legs, push your ■■■ over your head and kick off the ground.
Step 5
Using your momentum, roll onto your back.
Step 6
Roll onto your feet.
Step 7
Stand up!
