What are the three matzah's in the Seder meal?

The three matzahs placed on the Seder slab are called Cohen, Levi and Yisrael to distinguish them. The top matza is called a kohen because the kohen has priority in all matters. Levi's middle matzah is divided into two parts at the beginning of the seder.
