That may be a question, but I'm making an entree that requires 3 tablespoons roasted red pepper, should I fry it? Or do they come in spices? I can? Thank you for your help!

Look at the part where you can find cucumbers, they are in a jar, in some kind of salty water. Or you can fry them yourself or in the oven, just by buying red pepper.
I know I can buy it at some grocery stores. You can also find them with capers, pickles, etc. in the spices section. Charcuterie's are available in salty or oily Maria. I imagine you would find them on the shelves of salty glass containers.
