So ... I bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue from Carmax in late June. I bought a car for 5 days because I heard a slight noise when speeding. They told me it was nothing and sent me away. Now two weeks later the stereo is still there so I took it out and this time they told me it was a gearbox and it needed to be replaced. Do I have a leg to support because I was introduced within 5 days of the return policy to force me to return? I have the documents, I went there in 5 days with the same problem. I felt like I was being tricked into saying everything was fine and two weeks later they told me they were wrong and they needed a new transmission. Help?

You have lost the 5 day return policy, but Carmax also has a 30 day warranty. If you do, you can fix it for free.
