The best and easiest way to deal with this is to go to your local hardware store, buy waterproof or heavy duty insulation, and wrap the drain properly. The drip will stop and your air conditioner will work better. Change the tiles if you can; Otherwise, cover the stain with a special varnish / enamel and paint over it.
