I would just measure the bar, go loose or DM and show me the 8G board. People who make banks probably use only one standard spreadsheet. Let them know what you are going to use it for and they will probably advise you on how to keep it out of the door.

Most likely, they are nowhere to be found or available. But you can find a carpenter to take care of it. The wood is usually made of pur or oak, both are hardwoods and last for years with good finish. Overall, it is better to buy a new one for related expenses. Selling the old one on Craigslist for 10 or $ 20, most carpenters will reinstall and rebuild it. I am a carpenter :)
