Isn't the word remodeling true? Is this just the right change? 3
I don't think reshaping (or reshaping) is really a word ... but English is a living language and we know it can be!
Even if it is spelled correctly and intelligently, it is not the word you have heard. This seems like a difficult task. I will stick to the more general word, refrigerating, unless you use it in the story and the character who says it comes up with other words to make it more polite.
