Has anyone heard of Professional Appraisal Authority? 3
I bought some football grade tickets on eBay and the grading was done by professional grading OTT and I was wondering if there is a store and so on.

I have heard that SP cards do not trust them because they rely on Beckett Grading Services (BGS) and PSA. When you buy a Becket Baseball, Becket Football, Becket Cake or Becket Basketball subscription, you get a free Tier 2 card certificate, you just have to pay the shipping and insurance. Save at least 20.
