Does Popsocket have a guarantee?
| We offer a limited product warranty which is non-transferable and covers only the original purchaser of the end user. An original or copy of the original PopSockets retailer sales receipt is required for our warranty service, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Can a PopSocket also be repaired?
First, let’s check that it’s completely destroyed! PopGrips are separable and PopTops can be easily replaced. Make sure PopTop is minimized or not working. Then put it back on the base and rotate it 90 degrees in any direction until you hear a click.
So the question is, can you return a custom PopSocket?

How do you make a PopSocket sticky again?
If the gel gets dirty on the back of the PopSockets grip, it may not adhere well. Just rinse quickly and let it dry. Remember that your PopSockets grip should not be exposed to the air for more than 15 minutes or the gel will dry out. After plugging in the PopSockets handle, resist the urge to open it for at least 1 hour.
How do I get rid of a PopSocket?
The best way to remove it is to squeeze it and slowly peel it off one side of the platform (the sticky part). Do not pull it with the PopSocket extended or it may come out of the base. If you’re having trouble, try flossing! Just slide it under the PopSocket platform to remove it.

Can you remove and reuse a PopSocket?
Yes. PopSockets are designed to be removed and moved around the phone. The adhesive gel dries up and becomes inactive when exposed to air for a long period of time. So use PopSocket right after removing it from your phone.

No. Popsockets have reusable adhesive so you can remove and reattach them as many times as you want. To ensure that the adhesive gel maintains its adhesion and does not dry out, do not expose the Popsocket to air for more than 15 minutes. Can you put PopSockets on your phone without a case?
No, it needs a flat surface to adhere to. It doesn’t usually stick to an uneven surface, but you can always try it first (without plugging in the device) to see if it sticks to the surface you want to use. I have a pop plug and tried putting it on my iPhone without a case, but it doesn’t stick.
