Why did Hulu skip an episode of One Piece? 3

If anyone follows One Piece on Hulu, they've already jumped from episode 589 to episode 591. Does anyone know why they did that? Maybe by mistake? It really bothers me.

Episode 590 is a One Piece / DBZ / Toriko crossover, and the first act is Toriko Episode 99, so they probably did it to make it less dangerous for people.
