You know, some people say in Spanish that you have to be naughty! Or they just call you Naka or they call you another Naka ... What does that mean?
My sister always uses this word. It means ghetto or tomorrow. People use it to describe someone among themselves.
Naco or naca (female) is not a bad word, but it does mean low-cultured, stupid, rude, clothed and bad Spanish-speaking (spelling mistake, of course). For example, you see it is only used in Mexico, as far as I know.
