N64 Multi Out Cable
Does the Nintendo 64 console use the same AV out cable as the SNES console? ۔
Does the Nintendo 64 console use the same AV out cable as the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) console?
I have a SNES that works with all cables and I'm thinking of buying a Nintendo 64 on eBay. They are very cheap with AV cables, and I have heard that SNES cables work on 64. Can anyone confirm this? It saved me 30 BS! Thank you!
Yes you SNES, N64 and Gamecube are the same AV output.
Nintendo 64 AV cable.
You mentioned that you had a set of cables from SNES, but you did not mention the type. Unless you have a Super Nintendo Mini, you can use two types of cables to connect the SNES to the TV. One is an RF adapter with a coaxial connector and the other is a multi-jack cable with a red, yellow plug at one end.
If you now have a cable for SNES which is a type with red and yellow plugs, fine. If you have the same old RF adapter used on the NES, it may still work, but you'll need to buy an adapter that will take the console to the multi64 port on the N64.
From the SNES era to the GameCube, Nintendo used only one AV cable, so you can easily use the same AV cable between the SNES, N64 and GameCube consoles.
I still use the same AV cable for my SNES and N64, even though I don't need it ... just to keep things simple.
It depends on what kind of game you are ready to play. The Xbox Dart Base costs $ 60 and more games (more suits and more serious games) and more popular series are only available on the Xbox. PS3 for the same, but from what I've seen, the games on PS3 are from third parties or so-called companies. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. 3Ds are not basically a complete brain. Nintendo is another family console. Depending on what you like to play, this is your sis. Also note that 3D is portable and you can play it anywhere, while consoles are not so portable.

If you now have a cable for SNES with red and yellow plugs at the ends, that's fine. If you have an older RF adapter like the one used on the NES, it may still work, but you'll need to buy an adapter to meet the console end from the multi-out port on the N64.
