What is the TCC email address?

Refer to the TCC Student Manual for additional email guidelines. All email addresses are email.vccs.edu and your email address will never change. It is NOT necessary to create a new Gmail account. The email names and passwords are the same ones you use to log into myTCC.

How do I access my TCC email in this regard?

Click on the Gmail icon to view the TCC student email. You just need to log in to your TCC email when you log into myTCC for the first time. You can then access TCC emails directly from Gmail or your mobile device.

How can I register with TCC?

Go to WebAdvisor (the link opens in a new window)
Select Sign in at the top right.
Enter your myTCC -e email address as your username.
Enter your default password the first time you log in.
Update your password.
Sign in to reset your self-service password.
Keep logging in.

How do I add my TCC email address to iPhone in this regard?

Set up TCC email on iPhone

Click on the mailbox at the bottom of the screen.
Click Add Account.
Click on another.
Enter your name, email address and password and click Next.
Click on IMAP.
Enter the incoming mail server. Host name = mail.tcc.on.ca.
Enter the outgoing mail server. Host name = smtp.tcc.on.ca.
Click Continue.

What is the WebAdvisor password?

Your first WebAdvisor password is your date of birth in six-digit format without spaces or dashes (DDMMDD). The first time you open WebAdvisor, you will need to change your password.
