My Eye Prescription Says Sph Under Cylinder

In my eye prescription, sph means OS below the cylinder column. what is the meaning of this? 3

Also, the Axis column of the operating system is empty. Everything except the cylinders and spindles of the operating system has a number. What does sph mean?

The ball in the OS cylinder column means that your left eye does not have malignancy. Therefore, nothing is inserted in the axis column. If you have a bad eye, the vacuum cylinder will be filled.
