I took the contents of the foam bottle and put it in a plastic container. Then use 1/3 less water from the top line of the foam cup and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes or 2 minutes 30 seconds and shake. If you are trying to survive on a penny, this is fine, but I recommend using plastic wrapped cups as they are more expensive and you will only use instant foam cups if you have No access to plastic. You should have microwave instructions on the side of the cup.
If not, cover it halfway through and pour the required amount of water into the cup. Turn the cover back on. Microwave for 2 minutes. When the water boils, take it out, close the lid and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. All that's left is to pick up a fork or fork and enjoy.
You can also try heating water in the microwave and pouring boiling water over the flour.

So guys, don't use styrofoam in the microwave!
All you can do is empty the glassware in the microwave, add water (use styrofoam to measure), cover (parchment paper or whatever) and microwave for a few minutes. Or off. Let the dough stand for a few minutes until soft and ready.
Don't just put water in the microwave, it can overheat and explode.
I live with these things. It is safe to cook in the microwave, use caution when cooking.
