It is much easier when you have a nest. Somehow, when other people were the same age, they quickly became friends. Also, I'm wondering if you're just looking for people your age. Some of my best friends are 2,030 years older than me. Of course, the couple my husband and I usually date are not our age or older. Our best friend Tuff is 10 years older.

My advice is not to form a team of pairs. Sounds like a recipe for destruction.
