Manuel Belgrano was born on June 3, 1770, in Buenos Aires. The young Belgiano studied at Colgio de San Carlos and later at the Universities Salminka and Woodold (Spain). Belgrano accepted Van Gogh in 1793, and in Buenos Aires in 1794, at the age of 23, he became the first secretary of the consulate. The consulate advised them to promote education, train people to learn the profession and use it for the good of the country. He established schools of design, mathematics and marine science. In 1806, the British attacked the Creole militia to defend the city. Since then, he has shared his passion for politics and business with a military career that he did not like much. He thought it was wise to use his vast knowledge of economics and politics. He played a key role in the May Revolution and was nominated. He entrusted the campaign to Paraguay. Along the way, he made the flag on February 27, 1812. In the north, he led the exile of Heiko  the people of Jojo and achieved great conquests of Tone (2491812) and Salta (2021813).
