If you already have the original map and you've used it, you'll need to go to window P outside the SeaWorld entrance. They will charge a replacement fee of 5 regardless of whether P is lost or stolen.
If you do not have a valid card and you have not used it and only have a printed ticket purchased online, you can return to the site, enter your name, username and password and Tickets can be reprinted.
If you lose a ticket purchased at SeaWorld Checkout, it will expire and you will not be able to get a replacement.
You must have this record, so call them or go to the office.
