You should use NSAIDs such as ibuprofen. Aspirin can dilute and increase blood flow. NSAIDs do not reduce or even reduce bleeding from taglandin injections.

No, it's a headache reliever. Vicoden Miva works best for pain, but if you do not have tse, use naproxin or Advil.
