Help resolve disputes. My British family says chocolate is a laxative, but my Spanish family insists it has the opposite effect (due to constipation). I have never seen any effect in one way or another. it's fine?

When I eat plain chocolate like Hersey's Kiss etc, it works like a laxative, chocolate cake and a cup of coffee always keeps my system going. So, I would say your British family is right.

Dark chocolate helps, but it should be 80% or more cocoa. Hershey's weak stalks are ripe and do not have enough glue to shake them. However, it contains flavonoids, is good for the blood and removes toxins.
