Stains in the hair?
As long as your hair is blonde, you are beautiful. Deep conditioners stain your hands even if they peel off after a few washes and don’t stain my scalp anywhere. Harmonic Daily Balms add both more subtle color changes and my experience with just a few washes.

There is no way around it. However, if you are looking for a bolder color in a softer way on brown hair, Overtone is ideal. Plus, the daily conditioner and tinted conditioner made my hair super soft and didn’t stain my shower.
Should I wash my hair for shades?
Apply them to clean, damp hair, making sure the strands are fully soaked for even coverage. Leave on for 315 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with * hot * water. That’s right: if you want your showers to be as hot as the surface of the sun, good luck! Our formulas are designed to work even better with hot water.

Whether oVertone discolours a bathroom surface really depends on the porosity of the material and the frequency of cleaning. Our extreme conditioners have a lot more pigment than our Vibrant or Pastel lines, so there is less chance of permanent blemishes when using our Vibrant or Pastel conditioners. Has

It should be noted that oVertone is not meant to be washed off and the color has disappeared. Results can range from washing for a week to bleach-free forever.
Can I dilute oVertone?
Dilute it by mixing it with a normal conditioner or one of our colorless hair masks! In the example above we diluted 1: 1, but how you do it is up to you - your strand test will tell you if 1: 1 is not enough, too much or just right.

If you’re thinking of mixing Arctic Fox with conditioner because you think it will hurt your hair less, here’s the TLDR version - it’s not. On the other hand, if your goal is to create a more muted or pastel color, the combination of stain and conditioner can work.

How often can you strengthen your hair?
It depends on the type of hair, but the toner can last for 2 to 6 weeks. Previously dyed hair will keep its color for a shorter time than virgin hair. You may therefore need more regular toning. Natural or untreated hair can retain color for up to six weeks.
Can I use the conditioner instead of the developer?
You can’t use a conditioner instead of a developer. But there are also several ways to change the hair color without changing the traditional hair color.
