We have recently received automatic morning, noon and evening calls from the Old Navy (or its debt collection agency). They are looking for people we don't know or have never heard of. Does anyone know how I can block some numbers from calling my Tracfone phone?

You cannot block specific numbers. However, you can only lock your device to allow calls from people in your contacts list.
