please! Do I allow SnapChat to access my camera?

I just go to settings, click on snap chat, privacy is allowed

I deleted photos and apps to get more space, like I turned off my device and it worked again when I turned it on. So I think storage has a lot to do with it.

When I go to Snapchat it says: Are you using your camera? And I clicked Yes and it took me to SnapChat settings on my computer, but the camera was off so I don't know why it took me there! I also checked my PTO and camera settings but found nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled SnapChat, but to no avail! Please help me! I don't want to lose my 65 day record on Snapchat! 3
