With several tablespoons of formula, can I fill a 6 ounce bottle? ۔

Look at the back of the package with the formula, usually 1 tablespoon for every 2 ounces of water but I don't use Enfamil, I use Parents Cice because it's cheaper ... a lot !!!!! !!
