So I bought it right away and the sand was still stuck in the middle so the sand couldn't pass. This is colored sand. I don't know if I should take it out or is there any way to dry it? Or song ??

As Sandykes said, send it back, the gas tank is not clean or full of nitrogen, so the problem of thickening never goes away unless you go to a dry desert. It should have been cleaned and sealed today, so remove it and send it back.
