A person can drive while intoxicated, even if he is drinking. Things that can affect a person's behavior include sleep deprivation, illness and of course a variety of treatments and medications.
All of these things can contribute to a reduction in focus, motor skills, and judgment, which is exactly what alcohol does to people. By mixing these things into your blood (shaking or shaking) you can see that it is not necessary to pour a drink that will harm a person carelessly.
People who usually compromise have a value of 0.08 BAC. In the United States, it is almost universally accepted as a place where a person is automatically considered intoxicated. In other words, when it comes to alcohol in the system, if the minimum amount of alcohol in the system is reached, there is no way to claim that the driver did not do so. But until recently, the driver's behavior while driving or during routine roadside neurological tests, police officers were able to determine that the driver was too weak to drive a car.
I know this is a long explanation, but my research, which has been deepening since 2001, shows that many people are struggling to understand it. I can see that I have helped to clean things up for you.
