My juice booster smoothie contains the same protein powder (24 grams). I wonder if the same protein powder makes R control pills less effective.
Since the same protein is made up mostly of amino acids (protein building blocks), I don't see much effect on your RT control. With that in mind, if you are worried, talk to your doctor about possible side effects. But as far as I know, you should be fine.
