22 As big as the manufacturer suggests. It fits into another story. Yes ... 24 (approximately) will fit, but it will mess up the odometer and maybe turn on some indicator lights to adjust the SD wheel / tire which also has anti-lock brakes and traction. Make a mess Control system. The T-system is operated directly in the wheel / area by sensors that monitor the wheel / tire KSD. The only way to avoid this is to get the same (normal) size that the factory has installed there. In other words, the bigger the wheel, the smaller the tire size (low profile). 20 works best, you can do 22, but I don't think they'll make low profile tires small enough to accommodate the size you need for a 24-inch wheel.

Not to mention the fact that putting 24 on it increases the height of the car which affects the handling, handling and in my opinion the appearance of the car.

Which model year? Can't be old because it's small, but for the new. I don't recommend it because it looks very strategic and weighs a lot on your car, so the fuel consumption is low and the charger is already a heavy car. I suggest 19 in the front and 20 in the back. (Better dynamics).
I doubt it, but 22 is probably fine. The SRT8 has 20 and there seems to be plenty of room for 22, 24 large tires.
If the bolt pattern matches the car, do the same with the tires. You may not be able to fit the tires and turn the steering wheel, but they will fit.
