And another summer means another summer.
Another summer means that children's poems are old stories. This kind of story was known to our parents and grandparents but is no longer known. People who say this are probably in trouble and their lifestyle is old.
The idea is that when you read this story, you are on a journey of time.

So that means some other summer poetry, or a long time ago poetry, or maybe it was poetry sometime.
