Chameleon Paint Job

I have a 95 camera and someone recently ran a stop and T signal on the back of my car. I was wondering if they could match the paint I had without painting the car completely. This is a blue-green chameleon with a shiny coat. The tailgate hanger needs to be replaced. What would it cost if you had to paint everything?
