If both are sold through the carrier and as it comes, you can contact any carrier dealer and they can advise you. Almost no device can be classified as SEER. Just as you can combine 2 ton condensers with 120,000 BTU heaters / air controllers in Minnesota or 5 ton condensers with 60,000 BTU heaters / air controllers in Southern California, they can all be classified as SEER.
Google it. If the installer does not agree with these two parts, determining the SEER rating will be a very difficult decision.
