My file needs to be postmarked on 31st, but I'm late with tax time with lls, so I don't have money to post check on 6th because of delay?
Your registration will expire on the 31st at 23:59. If you receive it any time after this date, you will have to pay a late fee. The amount is listed on your renewal document. The state is broken and everyone wants the money they can get.
I don't think they will send it back. They may force you to pay a penalty for expired registration.
