Buy vitamin C (ascorbic acid) tablets at the pharmacy. Grind half a tablet or one tablet in flour according to the size of the bread. Don't forget to add salt: it makes the dough as strong as possible: it also prevents the yeast from forming large air bubbles in the toast.
Bread fortifiers are only ascorbic acid, buy them from a pharmacy and use in very small quantities.
