My Beagle's eyes are blue, should I worry? 3

I found a baby beagle from someone I know and his eyes are blue. I read a lot about blue-eyed dogs with health problems ... should I care?

Does knowing well mean that you have passed a genetic health test (as opposed to a health certificate or veterinary exam) and gained a winning streak? There is no other way!
