What other bands are Pierce's like? 3

I really like Vic's voice. I don't know how to express it any more so I'm just saying it's full of tears, but it's not like I'm trying to hit the high notes and I can barely moan like some people can sing Are Question. I don't know if you understand, but I like PTV too because they don't shout much. So I don't want bands like Well Brides or Allison because they have more to shout about than Pierce the Well. So what are the other bands whose singers have teary voices that don't scream much?

Second answer: After all, I love boys on Fridays and in your eyes and I already like Breath Carolina and Danger Radio :). Third answer: I saw a star, it's amazing, and the name is amazing. Fourth person: I already love ADTR, but I think I love Red Car Wire and Emery, they are really good too :)
