This Hawaiian restaurant brought me back to Lahaina. They make this fried chicken that I really like, but do we know how to make it? This is a crispy sweet fried chicken.

Then put 5 pieces of chicken in oil and cook on the lid for 5 minutes until golden layer. Check once a minute to see if the pieces are assembled and if necessary separate. Set aside on paper towels after each batch to remove excess oil.
Eighth
Cook the lemon sauce in a saucepan with a mixture of lemons and sugar and bring to a boil. Add corn starch and water solution, stir until thickened.

To please the eyes and palate, mix the chicken pieces and chillies and arrange on a plate. Garnish with parsley and place the lemon slices off the plate. Put the lemon sauce in a cup so people can put it on top of the chicken while you eat it to keep the yeast.
Serve with rice. Remember to prepare the rice so that it is finished at the same time as the chicken.

it's fine?
You put the pineapple juice in the batter and fry it in peanut oil to give it a flavor at least ... at least if the mind doesn't mind.
I do this all the time and add rice with lemon and mango / pineapple sauce.
Lemon Rice - If you need to cook, add 3 TB to the rice stick (I like it, you'll want to add a little more).
Mango Sauce: Cut the mango into very small pieces, a food processor works best, add in the pineapple peel and add finely chopped green onions for color. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Appreciation!
