New battery installed. Attempted to restart. You will need instructions on rearranging the time zone, day, month, date and time.
Atomic clocks usually adjust themselves. Yellow is in the area receiving signals from Fort Collins, Colorado. On most of these clocks the time indicators are set at a maximum when they are at their best. Try holding it for an hour or two, it will work by itself. (This usually happens between midnight and 4 o'clock in the morning ...) The signal comes from a very low WWV frequency.
