Agreed to rent an apartment conditionally? 3
I recently applied for an apartment with the same manager I am currently renting. When I walked out of the apartment I shared it with my boyfriend while he was working in the same facility. He said he would treat me like a new tenant to get my own apartment (report another credit, etc.). At first they did not agree with me, but canceled because I stayed in the property for 1 year and I always paid on time. Because I live alone, I always pay on time. I just got a new job 50 km away. The journey was unrealistic when I discovered another apartment complex under the same management that I currently have. I had applied last time and it was accepted with conditions. I'm not sure what that means because I've just pre-qualified. Well, I don't have full credit, the score is close to 550. much better! Any help would be appreciated.
Even if they ask for a large sum of money (like 2 months rent), I will definitely go in because it is ridiculous. Should I contact the management company, which has obviously kept me as a tenant for over a year and a half?
They do not need to be accepted simply because you have a good rental history with them. Of course, you can deny that getting a new job is always a gamble, your credit is not good, and so on.
There is nothing you can do to force them to hire you. You have the option of accepting the terms or looking elsewhere. This is not rocket science.

It doesn't make sense to think about it before you know it.
If the bet is a large sum, you will either have to pay it or look elsewhere. . It is normal to ask for more deposits with your credit history.
No, it's useless to go to the store. There is no point in renting them for a year and a half and it does not entitle you to any special gift. They have the right to treat you as if they never knew you.
If you have photos, receipts and police comments, you can definitely call a lawyer and try to get compensation for what they did. You cannot use your Etsy.
