Clean AllClad pans with warm soapy water after each use. Before cleaning, let the pan cool so that it does not turn. Do not use steel wool, oven cleaners, steel sponges or chlorine-containing cleaners for daily cleaning.

Can I put everything in the dishwasher?
Most cookware is dishwasher safe, but if you own a LTD, MC2 or CopRChef, wash them by hand if you want them to look good. The copper core areas are dishwasher safe but may stain.
Is Bartender Friend the same as Comet?
Comet uses chemicals to clean surfaces, while Bar Keepers Friend uses natural acids. Comet contains abrasive ingredients for stainless steel sinks or cookware. Bartenders use oxalic acid and are nice.
Can you use PAM on a clothed person?
AllClad is designed to distribute heat quickly and evenly to prevent hot spots from sticking together. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil to maximize color and minimize adhesion. No grease is required for our non-stick products, but it is recommended for flavor development. We do not recommend RTE or non-stick cooking sprays.
Do you need to season all the casseroles you serve?
No, do not revive stainless steel unless recommended by the manufacturer.

Can I use metal tools for everything that is tight?
It’s nice to use metal on AllClad stainless steel. Small scratches are normal signs of wear.
Why does everything stick to my dressed forehead?
Make sure the pan is hot before adding butter or oil. Make sure the oil or butter is hot before adding any food. Even a good pan like this will never be as perfect as a real non-stick pan. After cooking, you will receive small pieces of food and leftovers in the pan.
